Thank you for taking the time to visit our web site and seeing what our studio is all about! Body & Soul is a dance studio in Portland, OR offering a wide range of dance classes for beginners and experience dancers alike.

Our classes include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical/Modern, Acrobatics, Musical Theater, and Hip-Hop.

We believe in teaching dancers not only the technical ability, but also the heart and soul of dance. Dance is an expression of your inner being , and brings forth beautiful creative Movement in art form.

Learning to dance gives you a great freedom to fully express and appreciate the power of Movement.

Our desire as instructors is to provide the student with the tools needed to succeed as a dancer and in life, through positive reinforcement in a caring, loving environment. We sincerely hope you'll join us!
